Within 90 days of issuance of this permit renewal, submit a plan showing how fugitive emissions from the maintenance area will be controlled. This area includes truck parking, employee parking, a maintenance shop, fuel storage, and recyclable storage. 4. The permit expiration date for Mountain View Reclamation Landfill (Permit No. 101100) is extended until April 12, 2009. 5. Nothing herein shall be construed to supersede, amend or authorize violation of the provisions of any valid and applicable local law ordinance, or regulation, provided that said local law, ordinance or regulation is not preempted by the Pennsylvania Solid Waste Management Act, the Act of July 7, 1980, Act 97, 35 P.S. § 6018.101, et se q.
