Please indicate, on the form, the amount of material that was recycled in your municipality and return it to this office by Friday, February 1, 2009. If you do not have a formal drop-off or curbside recycling program, but collected material through a special program, i.e., a bulky item collection where some of the material was sent to a recycling center to be recycled, please include that information on this form. If you have nothing to report, please note it on the form and return to the office anyway. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
