RE: Form
Dan,
Good morning, we sent back the contract last Friday via mail with your envelope that you
provided us. We can send as many gaylords as your would like. If you want we can round up to 15, and
you can send back any extras that are left over if there are any. If you don’t have a dock that’s fine. I have
attach a list of items that we accept. Per our agreement we will recycle all electronics at no charge the
county. Please let me know the Gaylord count that you would like so that I am submitting the correct
amount. Also when do you want us to collect the material?
Sincerely,

Tamarra,
Here you go.
Couple questions. We have never done this before so we are just guessing at the 12 Gaylords. Is that
higher or lower than what you recommend? Will your people set up the Gaylords? and when will that be
done? When will they pick up the material? We have a forklift with an operator at the location but no dock.
Is that gonna be a problem? Can we get a complete list of what you will take so we can do an add. Again
just want to double check this will be completely free for the County and the people dropping off. Any idea
when I can get the signed contract back.
Thanks for bearing with me
