Thisis paidoutover26payperiods. Itisrecommendedthat thisincentiveisstillofferedtoemployeeswhodonot electthemedical/RXcoverage 401(k) HRspokewithtwo Thisplanwillbe representativesfromThe something newformany McCarver & Freeman oftheemployeesthatwill WealthManagement transition tothenewentity Group/WellsFargo Itisrecommended thattheAdvisorsregardinga401(k) advisorscometospeakplanwiththeemployeespriorto Therearefivestepsthat theenrollmentperiodto needtohappentodevelop explaintheprocess andthe the401(k) planforthenew plandesigns entity Advisorswillbeonsitefor enrollmentsessions Worker’sCompensation Liability Foremployeeswhohaveaworker’scompensation claimwhileemployedfortheCounty, theCountywill beresponsiblefortheclaimmoving forwardevenafter thetransition Foremployees whoarecurrently outandpossiblynot abletoreturnbyJanuary1, 2013thereisapossibilityof theWCclaimturningintoafulldisability claim Therecommendationistoanticipate atleast18 monthsoffulldisabilitybenefitsunderWC, untilthe litigationiscomplete andthenalumpsumsettlement foranyon-goingpartialbenefits
