Pro’sandCon’sofseparating theAdministration and CaseManagementfunctions Pro’s WouldbetteralignourstructurewithODP’s (OfficeofDevelopmentalPrograms) requirementofaclearandseparate distinctionbetweentheAdministrativestaffandtheCase Managementstaff. Newstructurewouldbetteralignw/ODP’s requirementofa “clearandseparatedistinction…” Thecommunity andconsumers mayfeelmorecomfortablecontactingouradministrativestafftodiscussissueswithincasemanagementiftheydidnotfeelwewereoneinthesame. Itwould eliminatethe “grey” inregardstorolesandresponsibilities. MHcasemanagementhasbeenoperatingunderadeficitthathas hadtobefilledbyCountyGeneralFunds.
