The Franklin County Commissioners met Thursday, February 13, 2014, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The County was closed today due to the Pax snow storm that hit Franklin
County. This meeting was needed to approve vouchers as per the request of the
Controller. If not for this request the Board would not have met.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved all bills presented and ordered paid.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved the minutes of February 4, 2014 and February 6, 2014 meetings.
In accordance with the action of the Board approved on Tuesday, February 11,
2014 all outstanding Board Action items are tabled until Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
With the closure of County operations due to inclement, the Board expressed their
desire to consider these outstanding items when County operations are open for
business.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m. with a motion by Robert L. Thomas;
seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski.
