The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 14, 2017, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved all bills presented and ordered paid.
The minutes of the February 7, 2017 and February 9, 2017 meetings were
reviewed. These will be approved Thursday, February 16, 2017.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. The following item
was approved today while the remaining items will be approved Thursday, February 16,
2017.
The Board reviewed Personnel matters. Carrie Gray, County Administrator,
explained that under Merit Hire supervisors must now review, and if necessary revise,
job descriptions each year when they evaluate employees' performance. So, it's a
routine process. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved the revised position descriptions for the Administrative
Officer/Mental Health Intellectual Disabilities and County Intellectual Disabilities Program
Specialist I in the Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities/Early Intervention department.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:38 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
