FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2021
The Franklin County Election Board met Friday, November 19, 2021, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, John T. Flannery and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded
with the business of the day.
The Election Board conducted a casting of lots due to a tie drawing for the
Warren Township Tax Collector for the Municipal Election held on November 2, 2021.
Candidate David King was present for the drawing. Chairman Keller drew for Tami
Smith to break the tie vote. Based on the drawing, Ms. Smith is the new Tax Collector
for Warren Township.
The Election Board also reviewed several ballots with unreadable marks from the
recount.
The meeting was adjourned.
