The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, June 23, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of June 16, 2009 and June 18, 2009 meetings were read. These
will be approved and signed on Thursday, June 25, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved and
signed on Thursday, June 25, 2009.
The Board reviewed Mental Health matters. On a motion by Robert G.
Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved the Agreement
between the County of Franklin and Preit-Rubin, Inc. for use of space for the
Chambersburg Mall's 2009 Community Week Event the week of June 22, 2009 through
June 27, 2009 at no cost to the County.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 9:24 a.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
10:55 a.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:56 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
