The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, July 14, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of July 7, 2009 and July 9, 2009 meetings were read. These will be
approved and signed on Thursday, July 16, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved and
signed on Thursday, July 16, 2009.
The Board reviewed a Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority (LIDA)
appointment matter. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S.
Keller; unanimously approved to change the term of Andrew Paszakowski to end on
December 31, 2010.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:36 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
