WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 2022
The Franklin County Election Board met Wednesday, March 23, 2022 with the following
members present: David S. Keller, John T. Flannery and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman
Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business of the day.
s positions for the General Primary
Election to be held on May 17, 2022. The attached is an official copy of the casting of lots and
is made a part of these minutes.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:50 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski,
seconded by John T. Flannery.
