The Franklin County Election Board met, Thursday, November 19, 2009
with the following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and
Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting
to order, proceeded with the business of the day.
A cumulation hearing was held for Mr. Frederick L. Herrmann. On a
motion by David S. Keller; seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski, unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Frederick
L. Herrmann, the Board finds that Fred L. Herrman, Frederick L. Herrman, Fred
Herrmann, Fred Herman, Frederick L. Herrmann, Frederick L. Herrman, Fredrick
L. Herrman, and Frederick L. Herrm are the same person and that the votes cast
under these names at the Municipal Election held on November 3, 2009 in
Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Herrmann a total of 17
write-in votes.
The meeting was adjourned.
