The Franklin County Election Board met, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order,
proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved the Unofficial Returns Reporting Form for the November 3, 2009 Municipal
Election Part II that is required to be sent to the Department of State.
The Board received a letter from James Taylor, Republican Party Chairman that
the following individuals will serve as committee persons in their respective district:
Shelle D. Stehle Mercersburg
36 S. Main Street
Mercersburg, PA 17236
The Board received a letter from Bonnie Overholtzer, Democratic Party Secretary
that the following individuals will serve as committee persons in their respective district:
Eric Walker Greene 4
59 S. Strawberry Drive
Fayetteville, PA 17222
The meeting was adjourned.
