The Franklin County Commissioners met Wednesday, November 25, 2009, with
the following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
The Board met with Teresa Beckner, Fiscal Director, to discuss the personnel
and capital requests submitted for the 2010 Budget by County Departments. The Board
went through each line item and made their recommendations to the Fiscal Department.
The Board recessed and will return at 2:00 p.m. for further discussion.
The Board continued with further budget discussions. The Board requested
newly reconciled numbers as soon as possible. Ms. Beckner will provide revised
numbers for next week. The preliminary budget is scheduled for December 10, 2009.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
