The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, April 20, 2010, with the
following members present: David S. Keller and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller
presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded
with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
Commissioner Thomas is in Harrisburg today meeting with Legislators to ask for
restoration of funding for Human Service programs.
The minutes of April 13, 2010 and April 15, 2010 meetings were read. These will
be approved Thursday, April 22, 2010.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
Thursday, April 22, 2010.
John Hart, Chief Clerk/County Administrator informed the Board of the following
items: GIS Presentation at 1:30 today with the consultant; Continuing to work with CGL
on generating a facility report; Life Safety at the Nursing Home is recommending
sprinkling the generator pit which has County staff and consultants perplexed. This is
not something normally recommended; Meeting with ATI today to discuss guiding
principles for Information Services.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to enter an executive session at 9:27 a.m. this date for the purpose to
review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at 9:48 a.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:01 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
