TUESDAY, AUGUST 24, 2010
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, August 24, 2010, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Vice
Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the Pledge of
Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of August 5, 2010, August 17 and August 19, 2010 meetings were
read. These will be approved Thursday, August 26, 2010.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
Thursday, August 26, 2010.
The Board reviewed Assessment matters. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved the Request from Jordan
Seeburger for agricultural parcel data for the entire County to be used for a research
project at Penn State.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
