TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2012
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 7, 2012, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of January 31, 2012 and February 2, 2012 meetings were read.
These will be approved Thursday, February 9, 2012.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Commissioner
Thomas asked if the transfer of Workers Comp fund will save general fund dollars and
John Hart responded the county calculates what Worker Comp expenses a are eligible
expenses for these funds. This will save grant funded operations and general fund
money. The items will be approved Thursday, February 9, 2012.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 9:35 a.m. this date for the
purpose to review a Personnel matter. The Board reconvened into regular session at
9:58 a.m. After executive session the Board directed the Human Resources Director to
negotiate an agreement with an employee for settlement of a personnel matter.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:08 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
