TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2012
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 14, 2012, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
Jay Lightfoot provided public comment and asked when the Board will put the
sound system in. Chairman Keller responded that as he said last week the Board gave
their opinions on microphones to staff so we are waiting on the arrival of the
microphones so it’s moving forward.
The minutes of February 7, 2012 and February 9, 2012 meetings were read.
These will be approved Thursday, February 16, 2012.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. The items will be
approved Thursday, February 16, 2012.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 9:33 a.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
9:57 a.m. No action was required after executive session.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:06 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
