The spreadsheet contains data for the entire state sorted by county, then municipality. The bottom of the spreadsheet contains notes explaining where the cardboard is marketed, how the tonnages were derived and an explanation of the 0% residue rate. Please forward this data to your municipalities for their annual recycling report and for their 904 grant applications, if they apply for a 904 grant. You will need to forward this data to your municipalities with the below message from Nina Burse of Dollar General since that contains her contact information. Thank you all for providing the municipal locations for each of these stores. This should be an easier process next year. By sending the store addresses to the counties we found that two of the stores on your list need a correction to the county location. Store No. 9779 is located in Adams County rather than York County and store No. 4313 is in Westmoreland County rather than Armstrong County. I changed the county name on your spreadsheet and highlighted them in yellow. I have attached to this message an Excel workbook containing your spreadsheet and an additional spreadsheet that I created from your spreadsheet with the following adjustments to it: 1) A column has been added for the municipality name 2) The list is sorted by county, then municipality, then RS level 3) The font has been changed for the header row to set it off from the rest of the spreadsheet 4) A title has been added to the spreadsheet 5) Notes have been added to the bottom of the spreadsheet with information provided to me through e-mails from you Because of the requirements of our recycling performance grant program, the additional information I added to your spreadsheet was needed. The last step in this process is for you to review the spreadsheet I created from the data you submitted. Then send me the spreadsheet back with an e-mail including your name and title and contact information stating that the information on the spreadsheet is correct and accurate. I will take care of distributing the data to each county in PA. I am sorry to have this extra step in the process, but the additional information is required for our grant purposes and I am not an official of Dollar General so the information cannot come from me. Rather than send the many different e-mails we exchanged back and forth to all of the counties, I would like to just send the one spreadsheet with the notes at the bottom. You time and cooperation in providing this data and reviewing the spreadsheet and officially sending it back to me is greatly appreciated!!! If you have any questions, please call or e-mail me.
