CREATIVE RECYCLING - Executive Summary Creative Recycling ( "CRS ") has been in the electronics recycling business for over 16 years. We are a customer - focused, environmentally driven enterprise committed to providing our customers with reliable electronic recycling services while preserving our natural resources and reducing our carbon footprint. CRS recycles electronics with the least impact on the earth as possible. CRS transforms e-scrap into valuable and usable commodities. Through world -class processes, end -of -life electronics are recycled and circulated back into worldwide production and electronic wastes are eradicated -- a true victory for the environment. CRS is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and was incorporated on January 6, 1994. Its electronics recycling operations are based at the following addresses: TAMPA, FL MIAMI, FL TALLAHASSEE, FL ATLANTA, GA RALEIGH NASHVILLE, TN LOUISVILLE, KY DURHAM, NC 8108 Krauss Boulevard Lakeside Corporate Center 4716 Capitol Circle SW 85 North Industrial Road 619 Distribution Drive 1429 Donelson Pike 7100 A Intermodal Dr. Tampa, FL 33619 14412 -20 Commerce Way Tallahassee, FL 32305 Palmetto, GA 30268 Morrisville, NC 27560 Nashville, TN 37217 Louisville, KY 40258 Phone: 813 -621 -2319 Miami Lakes, FL 33016 Phone: 850-656-2778 Phone: 770-463-8868 Phone: 919 -941 -5001 Phone: 615-366-9515 Phone: 508-937-0529 Fax: 813-626-1248 Phone: 305-823-3684 Fax: 850-894-2779 Fax: 770 -463 -8817 Fax: 919 -941 -5002 Fax: 615-366-9513 Fax: 502-937-0587 Toll -free: 800-797 -2061 Fax: 305- 823-3706 www.crserecvclinq.com Toll -free: 800- 409 -9068 Toll -free: 800- 388 -3961 www crserecyclinq com www crserecyclinq.com www crserecycll -ngcom www.crserecyclinq.com www.crserecyclinq.com wwvy.crserecyclinq.com CRS has extensive experience recycling end -of -life electronics for government, state, county, small businesses, large businesses and non - profits. CRS has recycled millions of pounds of electronics for federal agencies and military facilities. Maintaining lasting contracts with a variety of entities such as the State of Florida, State of Kentucky, State of North Carolina, Pinellas County (FL), Hall County (GA), and Davidson County (TN), just to name a few, clearly demonstrates the company's ability to manage large volumes of material while fulfilling countywide and statewide contractual requirements. No electronics recycled by CRS go to a landfill. It's our commitment & our company policy! The CRS "automated" system was designed and implemented in October 2006. Before that date, CRS worked diligently on developing a plan to encompass all electronics recycling solutions into one effort to become the BEST environmental solution for ECycling. In 2006, with the advent of the CRS automated system, capacity was drastically increased, reaching 150 million pounds per year. At that point, the mission came full circle and the most cost- effective, best environmental solution to e-scrap was born. CRS is the only company with both CRT Angel & Glass Devil technology to date. With this technology we have automated the process that separates the leaded and unleaded portions of CRT tubes with laser precision. Followed by the high -tech process of removing harmful glass coatings and producing an output of resalable glass cullets; thus turning environmentally harmful CRT tubes into resalable end market commodity to be used in the making of new consumer products. This technology is available in both of our processing facilities in Tampa, FL and North Carolina. The CRS automated systems produce readily marketable commodities, which is much more desirable than the less- refined outputs produced by other recycling systems. r' • Creative Recycling 8108 Krauss Boulevard • Tampa, Florida 33619 Phone: 813 -621 -2319 • Fax: 813 - 626 -1248 • 800- 797 -2061 • www .crse recycling :cam CREATIVE RECYCLING Executive Summary Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
