PRESENTATION AGREEMENT
THIS PRESENTATION AGREEENT is made and entered into as of May 1, 2009, by and
between the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library and Presenter.

CANCELLATION: In the event that either the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library or the
Presenter cancels this presentation, notification will be given 14 days in advance of the event. If
partial or full payment (where applicable) has been paid to the Presenter, all monies will be returned
to the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library immediately.
