TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 2012
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, June 26, 2012, with the
following members present: David S. Keller and Robert L. Thomas. Chairman Keller
presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded
with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda. Chairman Keller announced that Commissioner
Ziobrowski is on vacation this week.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of June 19, 2012 and June 21, 2012 meetings were reviewed.

Chairman Keller requested a minor change to the June 19 minutes. The minutes will
be approved Thursday, June 28, 2012.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Chairman Keller
asked John Hart, Chief Clerk, to clarify the staffing agreement with TMCA. Mr. Hart
explained the agreement with TMCA is where the county provides personnel for the
operation and then TMCA reimburses the county for their costs. The items will be
approved today and the remainder items will be approved Thursday, April 12, 2012.
The Board reviewed Jail matters. Mike Seilhamer’s recommendation is to go
with the lowest bidder. On a motion by Robert L. Thomas; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to award the bid for the Franklin County Jail HVAC Equipment
Preventative Maintenance to Lancaster Plumbing & Heating for a total bid price of
$21,925.00. This proposal is the lowest responsible bidder.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:55 a.m. with a motion by Robert L. Thomas;
seconded by David S. Keller.
