TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2012
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, October 16, 2012, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of October 9, 2012 and October 11, 2012 meetings were reviewed.
These will be approved Thursday, October 18, 2012.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Commissioner
Thomas asked about board action #1 and where Store Lane is located? Commissioner
Ziobrowski responded it’s in Amberson. Commissioner Thomas wanted to point out that
for board action #3, the Chambersburg Veterans of Foreign Wars is looking for a decent
van to replace theirs. He would like to keep the VFW in mind when the new
Transportation van is received and it’s time to get rid of the old van. The items will be
approved Thursday, October 16, 2012.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
