HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-11-13 Commissioner Minutes TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2012 The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, November 13, 2012, with the following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved to adopt the agenda. Chairman Keller informed Mr. Lightfoot that the Board still owes him an answer to his question last week and he will get that to him soon. Chairman Keller announced that th the Board will be meeting in the afternoon next Tuesday, November 20 due to the Board attending the County Commissioners Association of PA Conference. Jay Lightfoot provided public comment and asked John Hart what it cost to fix the door that Commissioner Thomas slammed last week. He also informed the Board that the pigeon droppings on the courthouse steps is terrible and announced that he can take care of the pigeons if they let him shoot them. Commissioner Thomas responded that he did not intentionally slam the door that it can sound loud because it shuts easily. The minutes of November 8, 2012 meetings were reviewed. Chairman Keller suggested some minor changes. Once revise the minutes they will be approved Thursday, November 15, 2012. The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Commissioner Thomas asked if item #7 with YEI Healthcare is to identify people that the County should not do business with. John Hart responded that is correct. The items will be approved Thursday, November 15, 2012. The meeting was adjourned at 9:46 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas. FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
