The Franklin County Election Board met, Wednesday, November 27, 2013 with
the following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas, and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded
with the business of the day
The Board held hearings for cumulation of write-ins.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Jon
Kittredge for the office of Mercersburg Councilperson, the Board finds that Kittredge,
Kitterge, John Kittredge and Jon Kittredge is the same person and that the votes cast
under these names at the Municipal Election held on November 5, 2013 in Franklin
County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Kittredge a total of 69 write-in votes on
the ballot.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for
Debrorah Nunemaker for the office of Mont Alto Councilperson, the Board finds that
Debra Nunemaker and Deb Nunemaker is the same person and that the votes cast
under these names at the Municipal Election held on November 5, 2013 in Franklin
County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Ms. Nunemaker a total of 6 write-in votes on
the ballot.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Billie
Finn for the office of Waynesboro Area School Board Director, the Board finds that Billie
Finn, Billy Finn, Bille Finn, Billi Finn, Billie Fin, Billey Finn, Finn, Billie Flinn, Billie Flynn,
Bonnie Flihn, Billee Fim, Billy Fiwm, and Flynn is the same person and that the votes
cast under these names at the Municipal Election held on November 5, 2013 in Franklin
County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Ms. Finn a total of 336 write-in votes on the
ballot.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
