The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, January 20, 2015, with the
following members present: David S. Keller and Robert L. Thomas. Chairman Keller
presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of
Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
Chairman Keller announced Commissioner Ziorowski will not be present today.
He is attending the inauguration of Governor Wolf. John Hart, County Administrator,
asked to amend the agenda to include an action to approve a special voucher for Benefit
Wallet. This action is needed due to voiding the Benefit Wallet wire and reentering the
corrected amount. On a motion by Robert L. Thomas; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to adopt the amended agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of the January 13, 2015 and January 15, 2015 meetings were
reviewed. These will be approved Thursday, January 22, 2015.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Chairman Keller
asked Mr. Hart to clarify an act that is on the board action listing and where the bridge is
located. Mr. Hart explained the work being completed on bridge#2 and that it's located
on Woodstock Road in Greene Township. The items will be approved Thursday,
January 22, 2015.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved the bills presented and ordered paid.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:44 a.m. with a motion by Robert L. Thomas;
seconded by David S. Keller.
