The Franklin County Commissioners met Thursday, July 16, 2015, with the
following members present: David S. Keller and Robert L. Thomas. Chairman Keller
participated by conference call. Vice Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the
meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the
business of the day.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously
approved all bills presented and ordered paid.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously
approved the minutes of the July 7, 2015 and July 9, 2015 meetings.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:36 a.m. with a motion by David S. Keller;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
