The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, September 1, 2015, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of the August 25, 2015 and August 27, 2015 meetings were
reviewed. These will be approved Thursday, September 3, 2015.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Commissioner
Thomas asked Carrie Gray, Assistant County Administrator, if board action item #7,
Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) allocation depends on the State
budget? Ms. Gray responded that the State indicated we are to receive these funds but
to date we have not received the allocation. MATP is not supposed to be impacted by
the state budget impasse. The items will be approved Thursday, September 3, 2015.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:57 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
