The Franklin County Election Board met, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 with
the following members present: Jerry Warnement and Owen E. Myers. Chairman
Warnement presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business
of the day
The Board held hearings for cumulation of write-ins.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by Jerry Warnement; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Ed Wilson for the
Office of Quincy Township Supervisor, the Board finds that Ed Wilson, Edward Wilson,
Ed Willson, Edward Willson, Ed Wilso, Edwdard "Ed"Wilson is the same person and that
the votes cast under these names at the Municipal Election held on November 3, 2015 in
Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Wilson a total of 506 write-in
votes on the ballot.
