The Franklin County Election Board met, Thursday, March 19, 2015 with the
following members present: Jerry Warnement and James Zeger. Chairman Warnement
presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business of the day.
The Board conducted a casting of lots for candidate's positions for the Municipal
Primary Election to be held on May 19, 2015. The attached is an official copy of the
casting of lots and is made a part of these minutes.
The meeting was adjourned.
