The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, December 1, 2015, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
Bill Dan, a resident of Franklin County, provided public comment and said he is
here to attend a local government board meeting as a requirement of Leadership
Franklin County.
The minutes of the November 24, 2015 meetings were reviewed. These will be
approved Thursday, December 3, 2015.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Commissioner
Thomas asked the County Solicitor to review the early out clause in board action #1,
lease agreement with the Borough of Mercersburg, due to there being two references to
the early out clause. The items will be approved Thursday, December 3, 2015.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:39 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
