HomeMy WebLinkAbout2015-12-29 Commissioner Minutes TUESDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2015 The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, December 29, 2015, with the following members present: David S. Keller and Robert L. Thomas. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day. Chairman Keller announced that Commissioner Ziobrowski is not able to attend the meeting today. On a motion by Robert L. Thomas; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved to adopt the agenda. There was no public comment. On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved all bills presented and ordered paid. The minutes of the December 22, 2015 meeting was reviewed. The minutes will be approved Thursday, December 31, 2015. The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. The following item was approved today. The remaining item will be approved Thursday, December 31, 2015. John Hart, County Administrator, explained that Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will only accept Liquid Fuels Encumbrance documents with all three Commissioners signatures. He requested that Commissioners Keller and Thomas approve and sign today and on Thursday to have Commissioner Ziobrowski sign after ratifying today's motion. The Board reviewed Liquid Fuels matters. On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by David S. Keller; approved to have Commissioners Keller and Thomas to sign today and the Board will then seek a second motion on Thursday, December 31, 2015 to include Commissioner Ziobrowski as required by PennDOT, the applications to Encumber Liquid Fuels Tax Funds between the County of Franklin and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the following bridges in Franklin County: • Bridge #55— Increase by $450,000 • Bridge #84 and 84a— Increase by $19,135.50 • Bridge #121 — Remains at$99,474.25 • Bridge #130— Remains at$200,000.00 • Bridge #60— Remains at $133,619.00 The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m. with a motion by Robert L.
