The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, September 6, 2016, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment
of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of the August 30, 2016 and September 1, 2016 meetings were
reviewed. These will be approved Thursday, September 8, 2016.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Bryan Stevenson,
Communications Coordinator, was present to explain board action item #1, Quote from
Tritech Software Systems. Mr. Stevenson explained that the County went live with CAD
(Computer Aided Dispatch) in 1999 with VisionAire. VisionAire was bought by Tritech
and the system is at the end of its life. He said this quote is to upgrade to the Tri-Tech
application to get us to their up to date version of CAD. Mr. Stevenson said the process
to upgrade would start in September and will be complete by April 2017. The items will
be approved Thursday, September 8, 2016.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:38 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
