The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, January 17, 2017, with the
following members present: David S. Keller and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller
presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of
Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of the January 10, 2017 and January 12, 2017 meetings were
reviewed. These will be approved Thursday, January 19, 2017.
The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Christy Briggs, Fiscal
Officer, was present to provide further explanation of board action item # 1, agreements
for the Student Assistance Programs (SAP). Chairman Keller asked for an email on
further information on the matching funds for the agricultural conservation easements.
The items will be approved Thursday, January 19, 2017.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:37 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
