HomeMy WebLinkAboutRichard SimsThis Indenture witnesseth that Richard Simes a man of colour of Warren Township Franklin County and State of Pennsylvania doth place and bind himself and by these presents hath placed and bound himself an apprentice to Leonard Snider of the same place after the manner of an apprentice to dwell with and serve the said Leonard Snider his heirs, Executors, administrators or assigns from the Day of the date hereof for and during the Term of Seven years be fully completed and ended during all which term the said apprentice his said master faithfully, shall serve and that honestly and obediently in all things as a dutiful apprentice ought to do, and the said Leonard Snider his heirs, Executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to teach or edure (??) to be taught; said apprentice in the art or mastery of bouring (booring) of Gun-barrels and shall and will find and provide the said apprentice sufficient meat, drink, apparel, washing and lodging during said term; and at the expiration of said term two suits of cloath one where of shall be new.
