HomeMy WebLinkAboutPompey CribTo all to whom these presents shall come greeting, be it known, that I Lazarus Brown of the township of Antrim County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sume of eighty five dollars paid to me by John Findlay, Jr., Esq. and of the payment by him of certain Jail fees do hereby manumit Pompey Crib aged twenty two years a negro servant till twenty eight years, and do hereby release and forego?? quit claim to the said Pompey Crib and his services. In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of November AD eighteen hundred and twenty six.
