THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2018
The Franklin County Election Board met, Thursday, May 31, 2018 with the following
members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman
Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for James Wyrick for the
office of Republican Committeeperson, the Board finds that James Wyrick and Jim Wyrick on
the ballot is the same person and that the votes cast under these names at the General Primary
Election held on May 15, 2018 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Wyrick
a total of 3 write-in votes on the ballot.
On a motion by Robert L. Thomas, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for C. Eugene Wingert for the
office of Republican Committeeperson, the Board finds that Eugene Wengert and Eugene
Wingert on the ballot is the same person and that the votes cast under these names at the
General Primary Election held on May 15, 2018 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated
giving Mr. Wingert a total of 2 write-in votes on the ballot.
