Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, a Moment of Silence, and the Pledge of Allegiance, proceeded with the business of the day. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved to adopt the agenda. There was no public comment but Chairman Keller welcomed Samuel Miller from Waynesboro Area High School that was attending the meeting today to fulfill a class project for his Honors Civics class. The minutes of the December 26, 2019 meeting were reviewed. These will be decided upon on Thursday, January 2, 2020. The Board reviewed Agreements, Contracts and Reports. Chairman Keller questioned if the Register & Recorders Landex Software is in line with what we've paid in the past and Carrie Gray, County Administrator, responded that she believes it is but she will double check. The items will be approved Thursday, January 2, 2020. The Board reviewed Personnel matters. Ms. Gray explained that we are looking to contract with a firm to replace the county solicitor so there could be more time available for the in-house paralegal. The firm may need less paralegal support than the current paralegal is being utilized now. She continued that this revised job description now includes having the position coordinate the countywide priorities and help with elections. She would like her to start learning about the election process to support the Election Director and act as a resource when it is time to transition that role to someone else. Ms. Gray mentioned other projects that the Paralegal can coordinate efforts across various departments. She continued that her first priority would remain support of the new solicitor's office. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved the revised job description for the Solicitor's Paralegal/Administrative Program Coordinator position. The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas. Carrie E. Gray County Administrator/Chief Clerk FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS David S.
