The Franklin County Election Board met, Thursday, January 22, 2009 with
the following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order,
proceeded with the business of the day.
The Board met with Jean Byers, Deputy Chief Clerk to discuss the
Solicitor for the Election Board. On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by
Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously approved to appoint Mary Beth Shank as
Solicitor for the Election Board for as long as Mr. Meyers is an active candidate.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved the Quarterly Reimbursement Request and Performance
Report to the Pennsylvania Department of State for the HAVA Grant -Section
261 for the reporting period of October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved the Certification of County Maintenance of Effort to the
Pennsylvania Department of State for the reporting period of July 1, 2008
through December 31, 2008.
The meeting was adjourned.
