The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, March 10, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of March 3, 2009 and March 5, 2009 meetings were read. These
will be approved and signed on Thursday, March 12, 2009.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved and
signed on Thursday, March 12, 2009.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:28 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
The Board reconvened at 2:30 p.m.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved a special voucher request and ordered paid.
The Board reviewed District Attorney matters. On a motion by Robert G.
Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved for the Chairman of the
Board to execute the Agreement between the County of Franklin and the Federal
Government for the Federal Equitable Sharing program.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:32 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
