The Franklin County Commissioners met Monday, March 16, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order
proceeded with the business of the day.
Chairman Thomas announced that Commissioner Keller will be running the
budget review meetings since he will be heading the Efficiency Task Force.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Human Services Administrator.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to enter an executive session at 10:42 a.m. this date for the purpose to review
Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at 11:13 a.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Courts.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously
approved to enter an executive session at 11:26 a.m. this date for the purpose to review
Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at 12:03 p.m.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously
approved to recess at 12:13 p.m. and will reconvene at 2:30 p.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Prothonotary.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Planning Director.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to enter an executive session at 3:18 p.m. this date for the purpose to review
Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
