The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, March 17, 2009, with
the following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert
G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to
order, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of March 10, 2009 and March 12, 2009 meetings were read.
These will be approved and signed on Thursday, March 19, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
and signed on Thursday, March 19, 2009.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved the payment request in the amount of $24,413.80 to
Keystone Health Center for mental health services provided in 2006 and 2007.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Nursing Home
Administrator.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 9:59 a.m. this date for
the purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular
session at 10:35 a.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Sheriff.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 11:10 a.m. this date for
the purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular
session at 11:23 a.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Warden.
On a motion by David S. Keller, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 11:41 a.m. this date for
the purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular
session at 11:49 a.m.
