The Franklin County Commissioners met Wednesday, March 18, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order
proceeded with the business of the day.
Chairman Thomas announced that Commissioner Keller will be running the
budget review meetings since he will be heading the Efficiency Task Force.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Coroner.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Human Resources Director.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 11:04 a.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
11:24 a.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the District Attorney.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 11:52 a.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
12:12 p.m.
The Board recessed at 12:10 p.m. and will reconvene at 1:00 p.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Controller.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Fiscal Director.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 2:03 p.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
2:31 p.m.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Clerk of Courts.
The Board conducted a Budget Review with the Register & Recorder.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m. with a motion by David S. Keller;
seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski.
