The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, March 31, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of March 24, 2009 and March 26, 2009 meetings were read. These
will be approved and signed on Thursday, April 2, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved and
signed on Thursday, April 2, 2009.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski David S. Keller, seconded by David S.
Keller; unanimously approved a special voucher request and ordered paid.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 2:53 p.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
3:35 p.m.
The Board held a budget deliberation with the Courts to review how they are
able to reduce their budget by 8%. The Board will take official action on April 2"d
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 3:55 p.m. this date for the
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
4:20 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
