FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2021
The Franklin County Election Board met, Friday, May 21, 2021 to perform Official
Count duties with the following members present: David S. Keller, John T. Flannery and
Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order,
proceeded with the business of the day.
The Board discussed the posting of signage at polling places on election day.
On a motion by John T. Flannery, seconded by Robert G. Ziobrowski; unanimously
approved to direct poll workers to only post signs inside polling places that are approved
by the PA Department of State or are strictly directional signs.
The meeting was adjourned.
