WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9, 2021
The Franklin County Election Board met, Wednesday, June 9, 2021 with the
following members present: David S. Keller, John T. Flannery and Robert G. Ziobrowski.
Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business of
the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by John T. Flannery; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for David F. King for the office
of Democratic Tax Collector in Warren Township, the Board finds that David F. King and David
King on the ballot is the same person and that the votes cast under these names at the
Municipal Primary Election held on May 18, 2021 in Franklin County, PA are therefore
cumulated giving Mr. King a total of 15 write-in votes on the ballot.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski, seconded by John T. Flannery; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Richard A. Starliper for the
office of Democratic Mayor for the Borough of Waynesboro the request has been denied based
on a flaw on the notice of the hearing.
The meeting was adjourned.
