The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, April 21, 2009, with the
following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously
approved to adopt the agenda.
The minutes of April 14, 2009 and April 16, 2009 meetings were read. These will
be approved and signed on Thursday, April 23, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved and
signed on Thursday, April 23, 2009.
The Board reviewed Assessment matters. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved the Request from Fayetteville
Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. for a complete street listing of every address in Guilford
and Greene Townships to be used for their annual Ambulance Club Membership
mailing.
The Board reviewed Mental Retardation Office matters. On a motion by Robert
G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved the Revision of the
MH/MR/Early Intervention program report for Fiscal Year 07-08. This Revision was the
result of DPW audit findings for Person Directed Supports.
The Board met with the Human Resources Director and the Controller for Salary
Board and Personnel matters.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by David S. Keller.
