Thomas and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved to adopt the agenda. Allen Piper, Citizens for Responsible Government, provided public comment and had a few questions - do the Commissioners plan any further cuts in the budget? Mr. Piper would like public comment held at the end of each meeting instead of at the beginning because this suppresses the general public from expressing opinions during the public meeting. Why are meetings held in morning unlike most other government entities that have meetings in the evenings? Would like this to change because most of the public cannot attend because of work hours. Mr. Piper would like to know how his questions will be answered and would like comments be made a public record and would like a call or a-mail of answers to his questions. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved all bills presented and ordered paid. On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L.
