HomeMy WebLinkAboutHSBG Email Vote Count 1.2.2026January 2, 2026 Dear Franklin County Human Services Block Grant Voting Members: We are in need of a vote to retain a current Block Grant Member for election to another two-year term. Brenda Lamar currently holds the community experience rep At- Large seat. Brenda's first term ran from 8/31/2023 - 9/1/2025, all voting members retain their seats until we have an in-person meeting or call for an email vote. Brenda has graciously agreed to seek reelection and would love to have her stay with us. Please respond both Hali and me, via email, with your reply. We are looking for a YES (in support) NO (not in agreement) or ABSTAINING (for various reasons). Your votes will be recorded for documentation purposes and also be made available to the general public should any right to know requests made. We need a response from you, by 2pm on Friday, January 9th, 2026. We will need to close voting at that time and if we do not receive your response, it will be recorded as an absent vote with no response. Please remember that we need to have at least 7 responses (6 voting members plus 1) for quorum.
