i. George asks about air quality (LRTP) Emissions checks and air quality.
1. We are an orphaned maintenance area.
ii. George asks about Kara’s position

a. Data Center Ordinance
i. Comments
1. Austin asks if there is an ETA for the amendment- End of Month if possible.
2. David shared the following link as a resource:

3. A couple of state legislators are contemplating creating a state ordinance.
4. Andrew asks if the ordinance will fit in with already in place zoning. That is the
goal.
5. Chris credits the commissioners for how this is being handled.
6. Ziobrowski relays other concerns being businesses competing for same land.
7. County already has water and power supply issues so that helps us.
8. Noted that tax revenue and funding to landowners who sale are pros to allowing
Data Centers.
